Running Club

A fabulous activity for the athletic and non-athletic. It’s a great way to have fun and learn to exercise and run properly. This boot camp style and learn to love running is a great way for students to learn to set goals and train, while meeting new friends. Wither an athlete who is would like to excel in another sport (including dance)or a student who just want to learn to enjoy exercising, this is a great way to get in shape and make movement apart of your life. Become fit for life! Join this group twice a year May – June /September – October. (Ages 7 yrs +)
